All purchases — including cables and digital products (such as eBooks) — are final and non-refundable.

Cable Replacements

We’re happy to replace a cable if it arrives damaged or does not match the specifications you selected at the time of ordering.

If the order you placed contains incorrect details, we’re unfortunately unable to offer replacements — so please double-check your specs before submitting.

• Reach out within 10 business days of receiving your order
• Include your order number and a brief description (photos are helpful!)
