1. Where are you located? Where do you ship to?

We build our custom rigs in two locations:

• For Canadian customers – Ontario, Canada
• For U.S. customers – Nashville, Tennessee

We ship anywhere within the U.S. and Canada.

2. What if I have a problem after I get my stuff?

For cables, please review our Refund & Replacement Policy.

For custom board builds, we offer ongoing support and a warranty — we’re here to help if anything goes wrong.

3. How long does it take to get my order?

Cables typically ship within 1-3 days.

Custom board builds vary depending on your specs — we’ll give you a timeline during the design process. Our typical build time is 1 week.

4. Can you help me plan my board layout or wiring?

Absolutely. We offer layout planning, wiring advice, and full build services. Book a consultation or send an email to jordan@jsguitarsystems.com.

5. Do you offer repairs or rewiring for existing boards?

Yes! We can troubleshoot, clean up, or completely rewire existing setups. However, we prioritize: 

• warranty or support requests from our existing build clients 
• Significant/total rewires or clients looking for a full new build

If your board needs a major refresh or you're ready for a full redesign, we're happy to help. Please fill out a quote form and we'll let you know next steps and availability. 

6. Can I return a custom order if I change my mind?

Since our products are custom-made to your specs, all sales are final. Please double-check your order before submitting, and reach out if you have any questions.

7. Can I pick up my order in person?

In some cases, yes — local pickup may be available in Ontario or Nashville. Contact us to arrange it before ordering.
