Where Are You Located / Where Do You Ship To?

Since we are located in the USA and Canada, we primarily ship to North America. However, we are open to shipping internationally provided you give us extra time to figure out logistics.

What Cables Do You Use?

Mogami® Soldered Cables: All our builds are meticulously assembled using soldered Mogami cables (the industry gold standard for unparalleled audio fidelity and durability) paired with American-Made Creation Music, Goodwood Audio, and Evidence Audio plugs. 

What If I Can't Get My Board to You?

If you are unable to ship to one of our locations, we will work with you 1 on 1 remotely to design and set up your rig.

What If I Have a Problem After I Get the Board?

After each build, we do a personal walkthrough with you to cover set-up tips, troubleshooting, and maximizing your rigs potential. Furthermore, we offer ongoing support and warranty to cover all wiring and craftsmanship. Should any issues arise, we will help you troubleshoot, repair, or replace and components to ensure your rig remains in top condition.
